6 days maavot nadaw akong shipment 9 days na wala gihapon dle manubag sa ilang telephone hotline asa naman akong shipment??!!!!!!?!?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Guba pagyud inyohang website sa pag track how will i track my shipment????!! Grabe ang hirap mag reach out sa nu po ang tagal pa ng parcel ko anu ba tlaga point nyo hindi ko maintindihan service nyo may parcel ako na COP ANG ADRESS NG PICK UP KO SA MINGLANILLA BRANCH. NAG TRACK AKO SA PARCEL KO NASA TALISAY SABI DELIVERY IN A DAY KAHAPON PA SO SAAN NAH?????? AT BAKIT NASA TALISAY SAAN KO PIPICK UPIN???? Tumawag ako sa minglanilla na branch out of service ang landline nyo tumawag nmo ako sa talisay lahat ng landline nyo out of service bakit kayo ganun??? Nakaka init ng ulo

I think U will wait ages for your parcel to be delivered in your door step,better close your office and your hari nag padala title is not fitted with your services ????????????

So I was waiting for them to contact us through text or call just to notify that our parcel had been arrived. What's the use of putting our phone number as a consinee if LBC wont notify their client? If I dint go there and check by myself I wouldnt know plus horrible customer service I was asking for other details on how I claim my parcel since they had already a cut off for pick up and nobody assisted me. Horrible service mga bwesit!

Your service is horrible.you have contact number’s but no anyone want’s to pick up the damn phone.where is my parcel u freakin LBC.

I have an undelivered parcel for 2 weeks now. Having a hard time looking for a correct contact number at the branch so i can ask the problem. But the contact numbers indicated are not reachable. The LBC staff should have contacted me since my number is clearly written on the parcel details. Pls improve your customer service!!!

Why would you put your contact numbers when they are all unattended or not working at all?!!! As I can read the comments here, we all have the same problem with the contact numbers and it seems that no one from LBC is making any effort to resolve this. Such a useless service!!! Very disappointing and frustrating but what the heck, LBC seems to NOT CARE AT ALL!!!

No one's answering both the contact numbers. Where's my pouch? I have tracked it already and supposedly I should be receiving it yesterday. Why it's not yet here I am just in Talisay? Very poor service!
