The postmaster assigned here in our area here in brgy. estefania bacolod city is very useless. Never delivered a single mail. He will only contact you if the mail is about your loan. Hope some one or proper authority will take action about it.

Hirap na nga lumabas at mag process ng government papers pero yung contact # nyu out of reach pa. Both numbers are busy. ********/ ********. Kung office hours, busy tone. pero pg out of office nag riring ang number na to ********. ilang oras na ko nag didial. busy tone lang. Mag iinquire lang namn po sana ako kasi ang layu ko sa office. hirap pabalik2 sa panahun ngayun. sana nman po your online account and phone numbers are responsive.

walang sumasagot sa phone 02-2888 POST. Hai naku. Yesterday pa aq ng try mag call, wla pa ring sumasagot. poor ng service, gov't office pa namn na naturingan

No body anwers the phone and after calling for more than 20 times the person just said that the person in charge of the route is on a lunch break and will be back 2pm and i was calling 12 noon. Didn’t know that the personels in our post office have 2 hours break.. very management needs to be strict or next time they will be on tv.. #8888
