Why is mail not delivered to our home in Gensan. Why are we not notified when a package comes in and have keep going back and forth to post office to see if it's arrived?

The office staff is not on time in terms of office hours and the moment i ask some information they give me some false information and also the their letter man are not in time in delivering some i've been walking and asking there in 4 days sad to say still no ID. The letter man said that they cant cant deliver the my enveloped because the address is not exact how. WTH ...?

The employee Manny regidor is an unprofessional, disrespectful rotten old man. He disrespected my girlfriends mom and cousin. He even demanded them not to get mad at him because of his lousey behavior. On top of that he handed my package to them late. Also claiming my package was going to be there in 21 days when in reality it was already there. Sadly my package was also destroyed. So I'm never gonna use this place anymore.
