Reviews of Philpost - Iligan City Post Office

Where to start. Mail/packages will arrive here and they will just hold onto them in silence for months and months. Never bothering to contact or deliver them. Only once you show up and ask them to do their job, will they reluctantly start searching through heaps of unorganized dirty piles that they just carelessly throw into dark corners. Everybody is just on their cell phones, laughing and joking with each other. No productivity takes place here.

I went to Iligan post office to claim my parcel since I was texted that my parcel was already there, and I'm a bit confused because when I tracked my parcel, it just departed in metro manila. But I still went there since it only had a 7days pendency. So I was there at 10am monday. And for almost 1 hour they spend the time finding my parcel. So I told them that I'll be back. When I came back, they are just sitting there. Then this UNPROFESSIONAL worker in ILIGAN POST OFFICE
She didn't help to find my parcel. I gave my tracking number to her. Then, she somehow scolded me because my parcel was not yet arrived in Iligan and I told here about the text, then I'm expecting her to say sorry for the mistake they've done. But hey people, she shouted me saying, "YES THERE'S A TEXT BUT, YOUR PARCEL IS NOT HERE. YOU SHOULD COME AFTER A MONTH OR 2 BECAUSE YOUR PARCEL JUST DEPARTED"
And that triggered me, I just want to hear an apology from her since it's there mistake, and I don't know how things works in post office. Mukha pang ako yung may kasalanan.

I went there to ask if my sss check already arrived. I was not able to provide yet my info and the lady waive her hand and said “Wala pa pong check maam 3 months na walang dumating” like talaga?? 3-4 days nga lang yung processing nang sss. I went back after couple of days and same lady told me na “March pa po yung dumating. Most likely expired na mga checke pag dating dito pero ma eencash mo pa rin sa landbank” Omggg. Reason nga na may calamity loan is para magamit nang tao during this pandemic. Hahays wala din contact info yung office nila and fb page atleast makahingi nang update!!!

Iligan Post Office is the worst. Their staff are not approachable and lazy. They always denied immediately when they don't feel the customers. They are unprofessional. System was not implemented in Iligan Post Office. Posts and packages were not organized...

I posted a greeting card to my boss in Australia last December and it's status is till on transit. Been tracking it on their website for 2 - 3 months and still no progress. I was hoping the system was seamless. My boss hasn't received the card till now.
