Reviews of Philpost - Iloilo City Post Office

My sister in japan sent me EMS documents sent sept 29. Subsequently recieved in manila oct 2, enroute to office concerned oct. 5 but until now havent reieve yet and still enroute to iloilo if ship tru seamail it should arrive already but until now still enroute. It takes only 18 hours by ship. It should not be send by seamail because it was paid in japan express 3 days only. What happened? Why? It takes too long to receive it? Shipped tru container van? Why? Classified it as Express mail or airmal. I just cant understand why. Covid? Its not a reason in japan its covid also why is it they can send it promptly? Im very disapointed and sender was angry because she paid it right in japan for an express mail. Its sad to think that philpost sevices havent change at all if there is for the worst. Shame on the kind of services you have it cost much for the sender to send it hoping for right and good service. Very dissapointing and for this i will rate philpost sevices as very poor beyond compare.
