They have a high professionalism when it comes to their products. as we enter their shop they immediately assisted us with nice greetings and smile. Every details on the phone that we asked they answered it the way we understand unlike other cellphone shop it feels like they just want to sell their products. There's this one time while the salesman were assisting us we heard a customer complaining regarding on the unit they bought, they are insisting that they need a replacement of the unit but as the technician explained that there's a negligence on using their phone. They dropped it and there's a visible mark on the corner of the phone. The technician also insisted that they will not replace it because they explained before purchasing the unit that the replacement is only for factory defect. They also told me everytime i avail about warranty policy and replacement policy. Me as a customer will give them a 100% trust ratings because of the way they assist me, i feel very welcome and comfortable. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO EVERYONE WHO ARE LOOKING FOR NEW PHONE. Technicians are also well trained when explaining to their customers especially if the customer is beast mode. I also recommend their technicians for entertaining their customer in a well behaved manner even if the customer is pointing at them randomly and even accusing them of things that they didnt do like the customer I saw before. :)

Took my sons expensive galaxy note 3 cell to these guys.Tech JR to install a sim sd card slot so he could add more memory. Phone had no issues. But the tech damaged the motherboard so it now doesnt work at all. CRS meet with JR and his supervisor as they continued to state they were not at fault and to prove they broke it. Stated phone was already broken.They lied. So why would would they instal a new sim sd slot in thw cell if broken? I had a tech from Absenthub next door stand witness.He saw the phone before and after. Knew it was working. Saw that They damaged the cell when he looked at the motherboard.
Pines supervisor and JR lied said they told us as they tell everyone who brings them cell phones for repair that they dont guarantee and may damage the cell phones more and they are not responsible. They also gave a receipt stating cell works no issues.Pines supervisor complained to Accenthubs Boss of Randy not to get involve. To withdraw hes statement to his knowledge of what Pines tech had done. So Accenthubs boss has threatened to terminate Randy for assisting us and doing what was right.Randy explained to his boss what pines did was wrong but his boss did not care. Is considering resigning. CRS has acknowledge the wrongdoing and tried to get Pines to acknowledge there mistake and repair or replace phone but pines supervisor refused.So CRS told them we will file with DTI .So I have taken this complaint to DTI.
