Reviews of Robinsons Supermarket Corporation - Banilad Town Center - Cebu City

I am one of the customers in Robinson's supermarket. I bought some groceries in the store, but not like other customers who bought thousands of groceries because it is only me and my fiancy in our house. After paying my groceries in the counter, I stayed in ML BTC BRANCH in front of the store for almost 1 to 2 hours until the branch will close waiting for my fiancy. Since there is no one helping her pulling the roll-up down, I've done it for her. During this time, the store still have many customers waiting for counter. To make the story short, I've doing it every day, until one day i'd come this store around 8:25 in the evening ang the guard did not allowed me to enter because the store is close. So, i understand it and say. "Chief, pwedi mangayo favor?" Then the guard replied. "Unsa man!"
I said, "hangyo ta ko chief ba, patabang down sa roll-up sa ML.. D mn gd sya kaabot" and the he answered arrogantly. "Oi! D na nko trabaho, problema Nana nya" I felt so disappointed that time. I thought the store personnel are well deciplined but it was a mistake. so there's nothing i can do for that.In the next day, another guard had come to my fiancy and he said. "Mam, naa unta koy concern mam ba. G sita mn gd me sa management Kay DLI daw ni pa stambayan DRI sa gawas." She answered, "ay hala, ngano mn daw chief? "
Guard said, "bacn mawad-an unya no DRI sa branch kami unya ma blame"
Then I interrupted with them. " excuse rgud chief, nganu mo ingon mn ka nga mawad-an cla? Unsa mn emo gpasabot? Naa koy planong mangawat? Ing Ana nlng Jud KO sa emng panglantaw? Kinsa ka para mo judge nko. Kabawo bka Kong unsa ka wlay respito inyohang ubang mga gwardya DRI Mao sab ka? USA pa, wa mn KO ng standby DRI.customer San KO, nagpalit log tambal sa rose pharmacy. Ingon Ana nlng d I mo mangabog nko? Nya customer sad KO sa ml, ngankng did-an mn KO ninyo lag sud dinhi?" In this case, I want to ask the management of Robinson or BTC.
Why is it some of your store personnel or security personnel has no discipline?
I wrote a review in here because I don't want this to happen in some customers like me. I don't want them to underestimate customers.
