i highly commend all your staffs in sm southmall branch except your receptionist/s, ms. lai who is ''bastos'' and very inhumane to all your staffs. could you please check her attendance, she reports to your office that she's always on time but everytime i have my service there she's either late or absent. i am very disappointed that she always shouts at your staffs even in front of your customers and minumura pa nya. as one of your regular customers, medyo hindi naman ata maganda magpaservice habang si ms lai e pinagagalitan or worst minumura ang mga staffs nyo sa harap mismo namin. hindi dahil sa buntis sya hindi excuse yon, then yung assistant nya e medyo sinungaling pa. pakicheck lang pls yung receptionist/s nyo, jan kayo masisira!!!
