Made my hair wolf cut even though I told them to do my hair layered.
I’m really disappointed. I told to the lady that I want a layered hair, and of course I have a long hair but she turned my hair into a wolf cut. I never told her to make my hair a cut like that, I told her many times that I don’t want my hair to be short, and now she made my hair short. And I’m really ANGRY, and I will never go back to this salon EVER! If the costumer asks you want she wants, please do what she wants and not want you want. I want to give this salon a 0 but I can’t, so instead I’ll give them 1. Please don’t ever come to this salon. I’m very disappointed!

I came in for a haircut last february and i had a stylist named rene or remy. I forgot but im sure his name stars with R. I asked him to cut my hair short, with side fringe. I showed him a photo of myself with the same haircut. He had an assistant who washed my hair and did the treatment for dry hair.
Rene never paid attention to what i told him. He never talked to me and just went on cutting my hair in haste. To my utter disappointment and disbelief, he cut my fringe too short and instead of sideways, he gave me a sort of full bangs/fringe! The cut was uneven and when i pointed it out he said ill see it fully after it gets blown dry.
It looked worse post blowdry. I talked to the manager about how unhappy i was because of his obvious mistake but he neverer apologised! He was too proud to do so. It was the worst haircut i ever had and i had to wait for two weeks to get someone else to rescue my haircut.

Dont ever let someone who has frquent mood swings ruin your precious hair. Never. Id say just dont ever go there at all!

I went there just to get a quotation for a haircut and a treatment for my flakes. The lady on the reception, asked me to go inside so they can check my hair. I was surprised by their price which is almost 5,000 pesos which I didn't expect and was a total ripped off! They tried to sell hair products as well which are way too expensive! They will not stop until you purchase and they even want you to buy all the products. They will even go with you if you said you're just gonna get money from the ATM downstairs. They are quite scary and pushy with these products. And then the moment I was paying my bill, the cashier (the same lady in the reception) didn't even say thank you and didn't even smile. What a bitch! I will not go back to David's Salon ever even if I just live nearby. The staff (ladies) aren't nice at all, especially the one on the reception (cashier), and I think her assistant. I felt I was robbed. A very bad experience! My hair cutter is an exemption. He was nice and didn't even bother to sell or push me to buy those products.

I had my hair rebond last April 12, I chose your salon because I thought it was satisfaction guaranteed. I even ask the hairstylist to diagnose my hair if it's ok to have a rebond he said it's ok. Ipa-cellophane ko lang daw after. So I paid 8,500 in total and my hair? Was a disaster after. Hindi sya straight, and my hair was so damaged. Kaya pala they sell me all the treatment. I was soooooo disappointed. And you know what's worst? I'm not from manila, so I can't have a back-job. *sigh*

We have very high expectation from this salon because of its name. I was initially given a price of 300-400 pesos for my haircut which i think was reasonable? But when i asked about the price of hair perm they told me that it will cost 5000 pesos. I was shocked because i only want to perm the ends of my hair and not the whole length. I told them that i will just have a hair cut. I have a scar on top of my head and it is always the source of my embarassment everytime i go to hairdresser or salon. So i personally asked them if i could sit somewhere not in the middle to avoid people staring at my scar while they're cutting my hair. This particular hairdresser (who is from bicol accdg to him) purposely exposed the scar and i heard him talking to other hairdresser saying that they will do the "same old style". I dont know what does it mean but i should have known cause the next minute this hairdresser came back selling me all sorts of very expensive hair treatment stuffs. They even managed to convinced me to have a hot oil treatment that cost me 2000 pesos, what a total ripped off! I know there is a scam going on among the staff and they targeted the most vulnerable clients. I have checked the other salon next door it says hot oil for 600 pesos. I know i have been scammed by DAVIDS SALON STAFFS. Well im not coming back and not going to any of david salon branches in the philippines. And one more thing, after i paid the receipt did not say david salon on the receipt logo, it says hair magic. I dont know but i really think that these people are real scammers!!! So do yourself a favor, dont ever come to this salon in mall of asia cause they will push and push and push you to buy something from their salon and charge you rediculously for a service that is not worth the price youve paid for.
