Pastry Chef Buddy Trinidad, the person behind Park Avenue Desserts, boasts a distinguished Restaurant Pedigree having spent the last 14 years in the U.S. working for high caliber establishments such as Michaels, Mortons, The Peninsula Beverly Hills and Stars. He has gained accolades from big names in the Hollywood industry such as Steve Tisch, Steven Speilberg, Michael Eisner. His work has gained favorable reviews in the Los Angeles Times, San Francisco Chronicle and US Magazine.Returning to Los Angeles in the early 90’s, Buddy started his “affair” with Hollywood as he became Pastry Chef at popular Westside Restaurants, Noa Noa, Tryst and The Peninsula Beverly Hills.
