Over Pricing of services and rude staff Bambi
This happened last month. I am a regular customer of, Wow salon in front of RTU, Boni Ave. I was looking for my regular manicurist, but she's not around. So, the gay, named Bambi was assigned to do my pedicure. He murdered my nails and pulled cuticles very strongly, he got pissed off when i told him it still hurt on that part with dry skin.. Then, I got surprised that he charged me 120 pesos for pedicure only.. I asked him, did the price increased? He said yes..I just checked now that your price is just 50 pesos.. But sometimes they also charged me 80 pesos. Why they overpriced customers in that branch. And that gay staff is hurting his customers?

awful experience
Last saturday, i came to the saloon to have my hair rebonded. i asked if pwede kaya na kulayan din so the one who assisted me told me na okay lang isabay yung hair color sa pagrerebond ko, while applying yung 2nd application which i guess yung hair color na sobrang sakit sa mata and sa anit and minamassage pa. she asked me if mahapdi na daw and the i said mahapdi na. she waited for some time since ginagamit pa yung sink. the procedure went as fine until after 3 days when i washed my hair, parang hindi nirebond kinulayan lang yung hair ko na dating bagsak after that procedure tumikwas na so i went to the saloon after that day to ask if they can do something about it, yung receptionist asked me if ano daw ginawa ko so sabi ko kinonditioner ko po sabi mali daw ako then pinaupo ako, ang ginawa shinampoo , blinow dry, ginupitan tapos okay na daw yan. pagkabanlaw ko ulit ganun pa din, then yung receptionist na yun nakasimangot sakin the whole time. nasa social services kayo , ang mahal mahal ng fee nyo sa lahat tapos ganung klaseng service lang ibibigay nyo!

Employee very rude no manners specially the assistant manager
I am a regular customer of Las pinas branch and always satisfied with the service. Yesterday i hadfootspa, i usually request alice to do it but she was off so fine. During the session around noon time Alice came over and Ace assistant manager started to yell at her regarding her absence and not reporting to work right in front ofme, my husband, 2 girls waiting ,2 ladies and another 2 waiting and seating..I was shocked with what he said to her is too demotivating anf degrading.i just leave it. Then alice sat down and said she was sick for days and cant go to work. again in few minutes hestarted again conversation and even tellher to resign an said thats the reason why she is not being successful. So i stood anfpd tell him to shut up and stop doing it in front of the guest. Instead of saying sorry he replied to me saying that because i know her thats why i covering her. So i was surprised with his acts and words as a manger no where in the world youcan argue with your guest.. Also my husband gets upset with his act. He said he can do anythingbecause he is the manager...please investigate this issue as this is against code of ethics and i will continue to write and fight for every humans rightand respect.. First he should not be in the pisition maybe he can run the store but he dont know how to handle people. Even the mangers of big companies respect people but who us he?????

Sa taga pamala ng wow salon.ako ay reklamo sa isa yung impleyado sa wow salon tunasan branch..ang name nya po ay si ms AILEEN MISA BATAC..ako po ay isang OFW dito sa Qatar live in partner kopo itong si ms AILEEN MISA BATAC sa loob po ng 11years at meron po akong ibedencia ng nag papa tunay na nag papadala ako sa kanya ng pera simula ng maging kami..ang problema po ay ito napag alaman kopo na may bago ng sya kinakasama jan sa pilipinas at maron po ako ibidencia picture at chat nila..ni report kolang po sa inyo ito kasi oras na mka uwi ako ng pilipinas ay papa tulfo kopo sila..salamat po

Not Satisfied
Me and my sister always have our hair rebonded at WOW salon, South Signal Village, Taguig Branch for almost 3 years and it was fine not until this November 19, 2017. We avail rebond with hair spa, but they're insisting for us their package that 1500 or more, which I don't think I need any additional hair treatment so I declined. But then, nagtataka ako bakit sa taas lang ng hair ung nilalagyan ng gamot, ung sa baba hindi na, so I think lalagyan naman yun mamaya so hnd ako nagreact. But then, nung tapos na, after banlawan yung hair after 2 days! the result is not good!! parang hnd nagparebond! it is dry as fvck!!! kaya pala the stylist who done my hair said na, dry daw ung dulo. PANONG HINDI MAGDADARY EH HINDI NAMAN NILA NILAGYAN NG TREATMENT UNG DULO!

In being a good customer of wow salon for more than a year, just today i had experienced an awful service. A manicurist named Anna from boni san felipe branch poured an acetone to the wound that he made while doing her service. Take note, it is an acetone not an alcohol. He should have ask my permission first before pouring this liquid. Even the manager of the branch, can handle complaints. Please learn how to value your customers.

Good afternoon.last may 3,2015.at around 1pm.my daughter had her haircut
in your branch in alabang-zapote rd.near sm centre.
we have our favorite hairdresser.her name is weng.but at that time she was busy w/her client.so instead of waiting for her availability,we just ask if there's anyone who's available.so ang na assigned was this blondie hair na tomboy na mataas.actually nag iisa lang syang blond na tomboy don.so my daughter told her kung hanggang saan ang cut.after she finished cutting.she asked my daughter if ok na.my daughter told her na kung pwedeng igsian pa nya.
her reponse?"yan na nga ba sinasabi ko e.kanina tinanong na kita",sana sinabi mo agad",do you think it's proper to talk to your client that way?if only my daughter told me about it right away,
kinausap ko agad sya.we are one of your clients na since nag start yang branch na yan e costumer nyo Na.and kahit sa ibang salon walang ganyang sumagot.i am so disappointed w/your staff.i hope naman na your management will act on this.just tell that staff to learn ethics and know how to deal w/clients.
but that particular branch have a good hairdresser.she's weng..sobrang tagal na dyan.she's very accomodating and magaling sya.5 stars only for weng.

Hi this is to inform your good office that I was not satisfied with one of your branch who made handled my hair,the branch located at c5-housing (water pan) in taguig.I availed your package that includes rebond,hair spa,pedicure & manicure that cost 1,650. Ryt after the availed services done by the hair dresser also known as the manager or shes/hes calling "mama".My hair resulted to kinky and too much dryness.I went after 24hours to let them check to what happened,but they told me that I will pay the amount of 1,100 for the keratin etc.They refuse to shoulder that amount which they should be the one to pay that..
Is this really your policy that if the customer is not satisfied and the result is not good ill be the one to pay that charge? I was so disappointed.
Hindi ko maintindihan kung anong itsura ngaun ng buhok ko, its like ni-relax lang. Para akong nagtapon ng 1,650. take note: twice po ako bumalik sa branch na yon para ipakita tong hair ko nung una wala yong gumawa at second tym yon na pinapabyaran sakin yon then do the treatment dat it should not be..paki double check naman.

I am not coming back!!!!!!!! The people that works here just doesn't care and will rob you!!! Please if you want your hair to stay alive dont go to the wow Tunasan branch. Find a salon that cares!

Am not satisfied with the service i got from of a certain Rachel Layno of taguig branch during my second visit in WOW Salon, she almost ruined and burn my hair whith the blow dryer. I think she needs more training for the sake of the customer and company. But infairness to the other hair dressers, they are more skilled and experienced because they know how to attend to the customer's needs. Though i also experienced the procrastinate tactics on my first visit. The management should look into it to particularly to their employees to avoid negative feedback to their salon.

This review will be for WOW salon, Tunasan Branch.

I went there very early to get my hair done. I was expecting it to get finish within 5-6 hours. Unfortunately, the hairdresser was very busy with the other customers and didn't focus doing my hair. Instead of 5, it took HIM 8 long hours to finish what he had started. What a waste of time. I think they are used to procrastination. Not caring about their customers' time. Am definitely not going back.
