Nag inquire ako kung anong oras ang travel hours papuntang Ilocos. Bago matapos ang conversation pinaulit ko ang information. Tumaas ang boses ng kausap ko at sabi ; "Diba sinabi ko na sayo?!!" Poor service. Disgusting employee manners.
