Hi, this is to inform you, na may expected ako marereceived na documents from PSA today. But until now wala pa rin, I've always contact PSA just to let them know na wala pa rin docs ko. And as per checking around 5pm sa kanila, nakalagay sa status nila ay "no one to received daw" pano nangyari ?? Halos minu-minuto ako nag tatanong sa Admin ng Bldg.at receptionist namin kung may courier na dumating, wala naman daw. At sana hanapin nyo yung contact person kung sino mag rereceived since yung docs ko ay hindi naman basta-basta kung kanino lang pwede iabot, dahil pinagprovide pa ako ng PSA ng Letter of Authorization at valid ID with signature. Tanong tanong din po, at hanapin nyo po sana talaga.. Di pwede ganyan. Thanks :)Messerve, do your job po! Hindi yung "no one to received kuno".

I've ordered 5 items from Shopee. All was shipped via Black Arrow Express. Every time my parcel arrives at BAE Bacolod City, they would have to transfer it to Pilipinas Messerve Bacolod (No idea where this is located). 4 out of 5, I always run into trouble with their rider or whatever they call them. They're all POS. You should just all let LBC and JRS Express take care of all the logistics in the Philippines.

You bettet close your company if you don't want to deliver our orders..we've been waiting for that. Where is your office in Bacolod? What is your contact number?

Last Wednesday, I availed online/delivery thru PSA with the assurance that my BC will be delivered to me in 3 working days after payment. 4 working days after I called PSA again and I was informed that it was allegedly delivered twice but failed due to insufficient address. Where lazada and shopee can deliver using the same address Pilipinas Messerve cannot. They have my number but no one bothered to call. And I did not left the house until today waiting for it to be delivered. To whom can I lodge my complaint? Apparently to no one as PSA can only say "sorry ma'am." Kaya ingat sa pagpili ng courier lalo na pag urgent.
