FORFEITED PLAN
I would like to share my very bad experience with my plan. It was forfeited without further notice. My agent just disappeared. I had only 2,500 payable for my plan. It was overseen. Nobody contacted me that my account is already due to be forfeited. I was assigned at the COVID FACILITY for 2 years. I didn't even received any text or call. They haven't even send an mail through my mailing address just like the banks do. Is this really part of the contract?
Is there a possibility that you would just return my money? or even a percentage of my money paid?

How can you assist client?????
Sad experience in claiming Money Back product. Happened in Pasig branch. Ako at ang asawa ko ay schedule to claim my wife is a PWD at hindi pwede lumabas pumunta ako dala ang policy at IDs namin pareho with 3 signatures, kailangan pala ng form to claim galing sa kanila na dapat pirmahan namin. I was aboe to sign kase ako naman ay nandoon pero si wife ay hindi kung kaya naman kailangan ko dalhin sa kanya ang form. Only to my dissappointment kailangan ko pa daw ng Authorization letter from my wife para mabigyan ang ng form na pipirmahan nya! Nakiusap ako na kung maaari ay isabay ko na ang authorization pag sinubmit ko ang Firm na dapat nya i sign para hindi ako pabalik balik dahil hindi naman madali at hindi mabilis sila mag asikaso ng clients. Pero ang sagot ay hindi dahil yun daw ay policy nila. Sa panahon ng pandemic na ina avoid natin na maipon ang tao kailangan talaga pabalikin si client para lang mabigyan ng cllaim form. Kase kahit sa bank pag may situation na important ang kailangan gawin ng Front Desk ay ilapit sa highier ups supervisor or manager. Para syang bingi sa pakiusap. Forms lang po na dapat pirmahan ni policy holder at isasabay ko ibigay ang authorization letter at asawa po ako. NASAAN ANG CONSIDERATION PO?
