Walang kwenta!!!!
Sobrang walang kwenta ng empleyado! Mayabang pa! Bastos bababaan ka pag kinukuha mo ung name nila dahil bastis makipagusap!! Sooobrang bagaaal. May simple request inabot na ng 3months wala pa ring action.pinagpasa-pasahan na!!! Wala bang ibang empleyado dito o pani ba macontact head nila. Parang walang management na tumitingin sa employess kasi lahat makupad at barubal!!

Construction Bond
Year 2009 kumuha ako ng bahay sa Homemark, Greenpark Villas yung name ng subdivision. 2010 na turn over yung bahay. Pagka turn over pinagawa ko yung likod ng bahay kasi nakabukas sya at ganun din ang ginawa ng ibang kapitbahay. Dahil malayo ang trabaho ko hindi ko muna tinirhan yung bahay pero dinadalaw ko at every now and then may pinapagawa ako. This year nagdecide na ako na tumira sa bahay at bawal ko daw ipagawa dahil may construction bond. Magbayad daw muna ng 11K for minor construction at 16k for major operation. Dahil nakabili na kami ng materyales wala akong nagawa kundi bayaran yung construction bond. After ilang bwan, nagpunta ako sa office nila sa Greengate para mag refund ng construction bond. May pupunta daw engineer para tingnan kung sumunod sa mga patakaran nila. Pagpunta ng engineer sa bahay, may violation daw kami kasi dapat daw may bukas sa likod ng bahay which is imposible dahil pader na yung ng kapitbahay at napagawa ko yung likod ng 2011 ng wala pang sinisingil na contruction bond. Hindi ko naman yun pwedeng ipagiba para marefund ko yung 10k. Another violation daw is nagpagawa ako ng fence which is major construction daw. Matagal na din nakasemento yun at pinalitan ko lang ng bago ang fence at pinapinturahan. Ang tagal na akong nagpapagawa dahil napaka basic lang naman ng bahay ng Homemark. Kaunting improvement para maging maayos naman. Nakakapagtaka lang na bigla silang nagpatupad ng construction bond at napakahirap ma refund.

If I can rate them with negative stars, I would.
The model unit was good. And it's quality is definitely incomparable to the actual unit that you will be getting. The walls and floors were cracked and crooked. The windows and doors had large gaps between the door and window jambs. Everything inside the house were not leveled and mis aligned. You can even call the posts scoliotic cause you wouldn't be able to find a straight line. It was as if they never bothered using a level when they built the house. To highlight the onsite engineering team was the best. They always didn't know what was happening, they also make promises and they never pull through with any of it. When I got to the house during one of my surprise inspections, the wirings and devices were all pulled out and were apparently stolen. They had to chip the walls and floors just so they can reinstall the wirings. Best part was that I already had the walls painted and the floors tiled. They will never get back to you when you call them and request for a feedback, so, don't count on it. And so many other beautiful experiences with this filthy, good for nothing company. My suggestions is this, don't make the same mistake as we all did. Try to get out of the hassle of dealing with them while you still can. the cheap monthly amortization rates will not be worth your stress. I promise you!

I completely agree with this review...the floors are not level, the toilets bowls do not fully flush the shit, the employee of homemark suck....Better get a house from a different developer. I am infact writing PAG-IBIG to ask to cease from doing business with this developer. Construction bonds are not refunded on time, meralco posts are erected in the middle of the drainage system.

I already paid the house that i purchased at green estate villas 2, last april 2016 .until now still waiting the title ..

2 araw na walng deliver na tubig sa Green Estate Phase 3, dahilan nila sira ung truck tapos di nyo man lang magawan ng remedyo, pede naman magrent ng ibang truck kahit mano mano pagdedeliver last month ganun din ung nangyari, regarding sa kuryente, sa loob ng isang araw di bababa sa 3-4 na beses nagbbrownout, makaksira ng gamit, nakaklakas ng bill sa kuryente o worst case makakasunog, dahilan nila nagsasabay sabay daw ung mga nagwewelding na contractor, kaya nagooverload, 4 months na kaming nakakalipat wala pa din linya ng tubig at submeter pa din kami. tsk tsk

Sayang, hindi ko ito nabasa agad.. sana hindi na ako kumuha. Dec 2014 ko pa tapos yong hulog yong equity ko upto now damo pa rin yong lot sa may greenride ville.. dapat by this April turn over na.. next time careful kayo.. nakakainis.. sobrang hindi nasunod ang usapan pero pag kukuha ng down eh mabilis pa sa alas kwtro..

We finished our equity and started to pay for the amortization and the house was supposedly turned over last September and guess what they turnover the house without checking the unit if can be lived by the clients, we were so upset seeing the back door was not attached, cracks on the floor , rusting window panels unfinished installation of roofing... i don't know what to say to this a****** and they turn the unit over ? crappy business they running here , we will give them till the date that was given to them by us and we will take legal actions after the given date..

The people in-charge in their site offices were not approachable. No one tend to our complaints regarding cracks inside the house and leakage which result to sufferings during rainy season. Clogged drainage especially in CR. The water do not drain easily.
Official receipts were not sent to us but demand payment ASAP. No one answers the phone. What kind of customer service do you have? You are just good in dealings while on selling but no good services after sale. Please do your part!!!

They are not good people to deal business with. I trusted them that in 3 months time I will be moving in to the unit I reserved since December 2013. Its now August and still I don't get that notification. They won't process your propers real time and I feel that I was set up because I have December to April to have everything fixed and all of a sudden they will inform me that there's a problem with my unit 3rd week of April just a few days before cancellation because of my PAG-IBIG contributions are not consolidated. Its my frist time to avail a rent to wn and they did not notify me of such obligation to do and why woukld they haste me to rush it when they know that it may a month to consolidate the said contributions. They are all fake advertisment!!!!

I agree. I finished my equity last April 2014. Until now, my papers wasn't processed yet. Please don't try to deal with them.
