I pay full price for my 15mb Internet service, but I only get about 1mb to 1.5mb 90% of the time. I Pay for 15mb, but I don't get it. I am not happy with this service.

very slow internet and they don't have any higher gb data to upgrade for faster net and a lot of times no signal at all so no tv no internet what a bs company we pay our monthly all the time but their service sucks very bad

Wow! This company is charging one month bill for reconnection only. Amazing!
Once you disconnect they will call u and tell u that u need to return the router because it's not included on the fees.
