Poor service, baggage not safe to leave your belongings
Good day. I know its not a good day for me due to irresponsible and negligence of your staff. Kung sino man yung assigned sa baggage counter. Alam ko hong social distance tayu ngaun due to virus but many times na paulit ulit kong pamimili sa supermarket nyo jan sa libis caloocan yung baggage counter i observed na hindi safe. Hinahayaan lang ng staff ninyo na yung customer ang maglagay ng item at kumuha ng item sa baggage counter nyo which is not safe for the client kasi panu if may makasalisi at ibang items ang kuhanin ng ibang tao. Yung babae jan na paikot ikot lang na payat na hindi ko alam if anung ganap niya jan minsan inabutan niya ko ng number tapos nung binibigay ko yung items ko itinuro lang yung paglalagyan sabay talikod. Napaka bastos wala atang customer service at courtesy. Mga sumunod kong pamimili jan ganun din ginagawa nila. Hanggang sa isang araw may binili ko jan ulet, payong lang dala kasi mainit bumili ko ng tubig dahil sa bigay ng tubig nawala sa isip ko na ipinatabi ko pala yung payong ko. May serving number naman ako nun nakalimutan ko ding ibigay. Pagkaraan ng 2 araw naalala ko yung payong ko at nakita ko sa bag ko yung serving number binalikan ko sa pag aakala na since nasa akin ang serving number makkuha ko pa yung payong ko. Ang kaso wala na pla. How come na yung baggage number nasa akin pero yung payong wala na. Alam kong payong lang yan pero hindi safe ang baggage counter nyo. Mawawalan ng items ang mga customer at pag may naiwan pala hindi maibabalik sa tao ang naiwanan na items o gamit. Ang sasabihin lang ng staff nyo “ay wala na eh”. Huh? Ganun lang yun. Sa ibang supermarket kahit maiwanan pagbinalikan makukuha mo pa naiwanan pero senyo napaka pabaya gawa ng staff ninyo na walang paki sa client. Hinahayaan lang kung sino sino maglagay ng gamit sa baggage counter at kumuha ng number. Walang bantay. Sabi ko sa lalaki jan na may paka singkit ang mata bat ganun sistema ang sabi skin “magkano ba yung payong” nagulat ako sa pananalita niya sabi ko 250 at need namin payong kasi maulan kaya binalikan ko. Sabi niya sa mga kasama niya “cge maningil ka sknila (sa mga staff dun) 250 bayaran nalang. Yung pananalita nakaka intimidate astig manalita imbes na pasensiya, lahat ng staff nyo nagtitinginan pa skin na para bang ako pa maykasalalanan. Sabi ko nagdodoble ba kayu ng number sabi nung lalaki na yun hindi daw so sabi ko how come na nawala items na nasakin yung number pa. umalis na lang ako kasi parang ako pa maykasalanan sabi kasi bat ngaun lang binalikan. Malay ko bang may naiwanan ako naalala ko nalang kasi umuulan at nakita ko baggage number nyo sa bag ko. Pangit service hindi ata sila customer oriented basta makabenta lang.

Isa pang na experienced ko jan nung bumili ako 1k pera ko mga 10am yung amount na binili ko 150 sabi nung cashier wala kaming barya jan small bills lang. tapos wala naman siyang ginawa ni hindi nag ask sa ibang cashier if may barya or what basta nakatayu lang siya patingin tingin skin, so ako na naghanap ng paraan para mabayaran ko siya. Sabi ko so pag buo pera ng client hindi na siya pwede bumili need ba ng client maghanap ng barya para makabili senyo.? Tangahali na wala pa kayu barya. Napaka pangit ng serbisyo jan sa puregold libis na yan.

Pangatlo kong naexperinced naman, yung mga cashier nyo pinag uusapan yung client na may binili. Sabi nung isang cashier nagpapapalit lang daw 1k pera tapos magkano lang binili sabi pa niya hindi ko nga siya pinayagan sabi nung isang cashier nako nagpapapalit lang yun hayaan mo na yun. Napaka pangit ng ganun na naririnig ng ibang customer ang usapan na ganun. Masyadong bastos. Naka quarantine lang kasi this season pero better to buy to other supermarket na may respect at discipline mga staff. Yan kasi malapit smin kaya jan kami bumibili kasi ECQ pero pnagit service jan as per my experienced. I never buy to that supermarket again after those experiences. Kaya pala wala masyadong pila jan unlike ever and. SM sangadaan kasi ganyan ugali ng staff jan.

Anyway, gudluck nalang, kawawa naman may ari ng puregold libis, nasisira dahil sa ugali ng staff at kapabayaan.

Very Very poor service for Puregold Kanlaon branch
May I request to kindly review and evaluate your employees at this branch. An incident happened today, where I came to the store to purchase boxes of blue water. I approached a guy and informed him about my orders without realizing he left and did not proceed with my order. Then, I met a guy and assisted me. Later to find out he is just a bagger. I am bring this issue to your attention to improve your service better.
However, let me thank Mr. Bryan Ibanez for his assistance. This guy made an excellent service where he goes beyond his duties.

Good Morning.

This to raised a complaint experience in PUREGOLD DE CASTRO JR. Below are the the followings
1. Pest Control - Sanitary
2. Staff and Store Manager - Inefficient or Not Customer Oriented
3. No Parking or Not Organize The Security Guard is not doing not customer oriented.

Puregold De Castro is my destination for Grocery for immediate needs well because its near in my place and its more comvenient to me. I already familiar with the staff, store manager and even the guard on duty.

Sharing my experience for your immediate action
1. PEST CONTROL Everytime I do grocery I always seen a "SMALL IPIS" anywhere in pasta/noodles section, coffee, beverages and in detergent area. And even the floor. Their are time i ignore it and i informed the store manager abt it. But what happened last Friday at around 430pm to buy a pork and rice. I seen an IPIS. This is too much. This is FOOD. Pwede kayo matanggalan ng permit. I take a picture. Some of staff they noticed that Im taking a picture. MADUMI ANG BRANCH NA ITO. Kahit sa floor madaming IPIS.

2. Customer Oriented. There was an incident I purchase 3 kilos of DINORADO Rice. I asked the merchandiser na dalhin nalang sa cashier. Since there are still 2 customers buying for a rice. When the diser give the rice to the cashier. We noticed na nabutas. I told the diser to change the plastic. But he did not change it insyeatead nilagyan nalang nia ng scoth tape this is because bawal daw. I will pay for a plastic if that a policy and proble. Is that your policy...sira na ang plastic at butas. Ang laman eh rice. No reaction from the manager. That a stupid.

3. Parking. I noticed a lot of motor they parked at the 3 slots alloted for a car vehichel. I do undertand they should have a parking destination at he front of the store along the side and at the back. I keep on complaining the guard and the store manager to organize the parking. Anu ginagawa ng guard nyo. Well impact we are also a customwer.

Please do necassary action about. For the item number item #1 this is too much. This will elevated to pasig municipality if you will not do an action.

Bad Customer Service - Happy cup Tenant under Puregold Pag-asa, Binangonan
At 14:35 hrs, after I have paid my Grocery from the Cashier, I went to one of the outlets adjacent to the Cashier. One outlet I ate noodles which was a bit spicy. In order for me to cool down what I ate. I went to the Happy cup outlet wherein, There was this Male Service crew and ordered One 16 ounces Frappe. I shelled out a piece of 1,000 peso bill. He immediately denied me. That he can't service me a drink because of the amount he had to change. I said it is already Two past the hour of Twelve, for the whole Midday He does not have change to my payment. I suggested to him. If he could change it to the Cashier. He immediately replied, the Cashiers does not change that kind of amount, which I know is not true. So eventually, I had to endure the spiciness on what I ate. I went to the Customer Service and told them the Predicament. They vehemently denied the Male Service crew accusation, that they would change the amount anytime of the day. Can you please have this resolved of the Bad Customer Service

Good day HEAD OFFICE STAFF I HOPE THAT YOU WILL MAKE AN ACTION FOR MY COMPLAIN TODAY AROUND 7:20 PM AT PUREGOLD MINI MART LIBIS ESPINA WE BOUGHT ALBATROSS AND ZONROX BLEACH AT THE SHELF TALKER THE PRICE OF THE ITEM ZONROX WAS 13.00 WHEN THE CASHIER PUNCHED THE ITEM IT COST 28.00 AFTER THAT WE TOLD HER TO VOID THE ITEM BECAUSE THE SHELF TALKER VS THE DATA OF THE POS IS NOT THE SAME. THE CASHIER TOLD US NA BAWAL NA DAW MAG VOID!!!! AND ITS NOT OUR FAULT TINATAMAD MAG PA VOID SI CASHIER AFTER NON HE CALLED THE SUPERVISOR TO VOID THE ZONROXBUT WERE GOING TO BUY THE ALBASTROSS JUST THE ZONROX FOR VOID. MR. Okay ganito maam..... ang ganda ng mood ko nong papasok ako puregold para bumili... at patungo sa bagger sa kung saan iniiwan yung mga gamit...so nandon na ako sa bagger para ibigay yung helmet ko na kakabili lng at nilagay nya na pauntog untog sa lagay. sabi ko ingat sir. Sabay titig sakin ng masama... replay nyo po yung cctv para makita nyo yung mukha nya parang mag hahamon ng away. Tapos nong naka bili na ako papunta na sa bagger sinabihan ko ng maayos sir dahandahan lng po naku inulit nya ulit nanandya sya talaga My problema yata yang BAGGER maam..sabi ko ingat Sir kakabili ko lang yan 4500 yan.. nireklamo ko yan sa customer srvice ng PUREGOLD PACITA COMPLEX san pedro laguna..tapos hanggang sa pag punta ko sa sa customer srvice ang sama ng titig nya sakin ayon ba ang training nyo don na magalit kahit kasalanan nya??? Okay ako maam kausap wag lng ako gagaguhin nong BAGGER NA yon..

Puregold Price Club, Inc. (“Puregold” or “the Company”) was incorporated on September 8, 1998 and opened its first Puregold hypermarket store in Mandaluyong City in December of the same year. In 2001, it began its expansion by building 2 additional hypermarket stores in Manila and Paranaque. It also launched its loyalty program, which was eventually renamed as “Tindahan ni Aling Puring” in 2004. Between 2002 to 2006, Puregold continued its expansion at an average of 3 new stores every year and established operations in North and South Luzon.



In 2008, Puregold was recognized by Reader’s Digest Asia’s as the Most Trusted Brand in supermarket category. To expedite market coverage, a new format called “Puregold Jr. Supermarket” was introduced in the 4th quarter of 2008. By mid-2009, the Company gained market leadership being the second largest hypermarket and supermarket retailer in the Philippines in terms of net sales. By 2010, it was already operating 62 stores, and launched another format called, “Puregold Extra”. In the same year and henceforth, Puregold was recognized by Retail Asia Pacific as one of the top 500 retailers among the 14 economies of the region.



2011 saw the highest number of store openings in Puregold history with the launch of 38 new stores making its number of stores to a total of 100. In the succeeding year, Puregold acquired a related retail company, Kareila Management Corporation, with 6 S&R Membership Shopping Warehouses (patterned after the Costco and Sam’s Club in the USA), opened 31 new Puregold organic stores and acquired Gant Group of Companies known as “Parco supermarkets” with 19 stores.



In 2013, Puregold acquired another supermarket chain, Company E Corporation, with 15 stores and opened 40 new stores. S&R opened 2 warehouses located in Davao Province and Mandaluyong City. Company E and Gant Group of Companies later merged with Puregold.



In 2014, Puregold opened 28 stores, 1 S&R store and 4 S&R New York Style Pizza/quick service restaurants (QSR). It also partnered with Lawson, Inc. and Lawson Asia Pacific Pte Ltd. under a joint venture company called PG Lawson, Inc. PG Lawson plans to build and operate a chain of Lawson convenient stores all over the Philippines targetting a total of 500 stores by 2020. The parties’ investment share is 70% Puregold and 30% Lawson.



In 2015, Puregold opened 15 hypermarkets, 11 supermarkets, 1 S&R Warehouse and 10 QSRs.



In 2016, Puregold opened another 15 hypermarkets, 8 supermarkets, 2 extras, 1 minimart, 2 S&R Warehouse and 7 QSRs.
