Gentrade International (Phils.) Inc. was incorporated on May 16,1996 for the purpose of selling motorcycle units, spare parts and accessories. Its operation started March 14, 1997 when the motorcycle selling and financing was finally transferred from Siy Cha Hardware Corporation to Gentrade International (Phils.) Inc., and operating under the trade name of Trans Cycle. The principal place/ head office of the business is located at Alunan Highway Tacurong City Sultan Kudarat and currently with branch business office address at Rm. 3307 One Corporate Centre J. Vargas corner Meralco Ave. Ortigas center Pasig City.

The venture was further enhance when Suzuki (Phils.) Inc. offered the company to be an exclusive 3’S shop in Mindanao and Southern Luzon Area. It was this business

June 2000 marked the birth of Powercycle, Inc., an exclusive 3S shop of Honda. Concomitantly, Transcycle continues to sell Honda units in all its branches, side by side with Kawasaki, Yamaha and Suzuki.

t was in October of 2009 when the first ever Yamaha 3S shop was opened in Manila and is still continuing to expand as it opens more branches in Visayas and Mindanao.

Amazingly, GIPI’s venture into the motorcycle business has really proven its potential as it has survived the fast race of the industry. Worth noting is the fact that Transcycle and Powercyle has carved its name to the throng of top dealers of motorcycle. Through time, expansions were inevitable and the company has saturated developing places in Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao.

    Poor Customer Satisfaction
    Transcylce Toril Branch sobrang bagal po ng processing nyo ng papers. June 2020 po na fully paid and unit but hanggang ngayon August 2021 wala pa po ang papers. Kailangan po ba araw arawin pa kayo puntahan para lang e proccess nyo ang documents. Diba po once fully paid na po ang unit responsibility nyo na e process ang documents. Pag puntahan kayo bat po ipasa pasa nyo po kami. Yung number na binigay nyo hindi po sumasagot. Alam ko naman po na hindi lang kami ang clients nyo pero please naman ba't umabot ng more than one year. Please be responsible po sa inyong work and sa customer nyo. Hope may aksyon kayo dito. Disappointed talaga kami sa branch nyo.

    Transcycle sta rosa laguna
    Una....Tanong ko lang po sa lahat po ba ng tauhan ng transcycle ay kasing aangas ng nasa santa rosa laguna...

    Pangalawa.... Binabayaran ko na yung balance ko o n 15,500 para ma full paid na ayaw nilang tanggapin ang gusto ng mga hinayupak na tao dun ay batakin yung motor.

    Pangatlo.... Bakit ang tagal nyo mag release ng orig papers magaling lang kayo kapag babatak at mang haharas ang mga tauhan nyo.

    Sa mga gustong bumili ng motor or mag installment...advice ko lang maghanap na lang kayo ng ibang dealer para hindi kayo magsisi walang kwenta ang transcycle lalo na yung sa santa rosa laguna

    I WANT AN ACTION
    Hi, Good morning. Gusto ko sana ng action dito sa reklamo ko. yung branch malapit sa Litex meron kaming unit dun. Las Dec. 7, 2017 naaksidente ang asawa ko gamit yung unit niya na Raider 150 carb type. after a week kumuha aq ng sarili kong unit which is Raider 150 FI under my name. and before new year muntik nanaman kaming maaksidente using Raider 150 carb type ng asawa ko. kaya nag decide kami na ipahatak nalang ang motor at hindi na ipaayos but before that pina estimate namin yung motor AT MALIIT LANG NAMAn magagastos namin sa pagpapagawa. pero dahil nga sa pangalawang bese na aksidente naisip namin na isauli nalang.

    he main problem is pinapa hatak nannamin yung motor ayaw kunin ng transcycle ang unit namin dahil daw may damage ipasok muna daw namin sa insurance tpos byrAN NAMIN ANG MONTHLY habang inaayos. isang kalokohan bkit ka mgbbyad sa unit na di mo na ggmitin at pinapahatak mo na.

    yesterday may pumunta sa bahay at hahatakin na daw ang motor pero nasa work kami magasawa kaya nilock namin ang motor which is tinext ng asawa ko ang manager ng brancgh na abisuhan siya the day before kukunin para hindi niya i lock. tinawagan aq ng mother ko at kinausap ko yung taga transcycle binastos niya aq. sinabi niya na di daw makontak ang husband ko at singot ko siya na nasa trabaho yun. at cnagot sagot niya ko sinabi niya sakin na bakit daw noon nasasagot naman kahit nasa trabho at cngot ko ulit siya alam niya ba kung ano trbaho ng asawa ko at patuloy parin siyang sumagot.ang pinakanakakainis dun sila ang galit sinusurrender namin ng maayos yung unit tapos ganun sila

    Di pa yun natapos pumunta ulit sila ngayong para kunin ang unit at ang parents ko ang nandun. sinabihan ng mama ko yung Mejia na yun na bakit ako binastos sa phone kahapon at sumagot pa siya na nauna kasi anak niyo kaya ginanun ko din. bullshit. tpos nakipagsagutin din yung lalaking yung sa mother ko at pti sa papa ko na STROKE sinagot sagot niya. I want that person out of your company at di ako titigilk hanggat di niyo siya tinatanggal napaka bastos.
