SCP RUBBER STAMP SERVICES - Pasay City

Contacted the company from overseas to put my order in for self-inking stamps and advised them of my expected date of arrival. When I arrived in Manila, I advised the company that I was here and also the hotel where I was staying and enquired when I can expect delivery of my products. The Communication from the company was poor and non-commital. They told me they would call me the next day once the inkpad had completed soaking. When I did not hear from them the next day, I called several of the contact numbers listed only to get no answer. I also sent several emails advising the company that if I did not hear from them by a certain time that I would obtain my products elsewhere.

In the end, I did not hear from the company until I got back from purchasing the products from another vendor. The email sent from the company advised me that the reason they did not respond was because they were closed on Sunday. And yet, their business website clearly states that they are open.

Instead of apologizing for poor communication, the company had the gall to tell me that I was in too much of a hurry to get my product. Considering that I was traveling back to Bermuda in a couple of days, wanting to secure the products in hand is not an unreasonable request considering the lack of any assurances as to when the product would be delivered.

Finally, the company also tried to quote me a cost higher than what was stated on their website.
