from E CONNECT TRAVEL AND TOURS! It was our first time to get a medical tourism package from a travel agency and it was all worth it.try this agency too guys.

E connect travel and tour help me and my husband with our tour to HK. It was a nice experience talking to them very accommodating but what we really didn't like is the hotel. Our agent gave us with the latest promo they have in the list. The hotel but air conditioning is poor, the bathroom is a mess like in 3days there's no one to attend to clean our room. The free breakfast is not edible at all that my husband Ken have to look for something to eat outside. Of course the tour was great. Just for the record so everyone would know that cheap tours with this agency is not what we are expecting.

An absolute nightmare. If I could give negative stars I would. We took the 7 day tour starting from Washington DC through Canada and the East Coast of the United States. To start of the trip there were not enough seats on the bus where the tour guide had to sit on one of the steps of the bus (totally illegal), they then switched the bus at our next destination but we soon found out that the air conditioning did not work, so they had to bring in another bus. We also had to switch bus drivers twice because the driver and the tour guide kept arguing. Get this....the first thing that the tour guide talked about was their tip. We spent so much time on the bus with very little time to see things. Our tour guide Frank was absolutely terrible. He kept rushing us everywhere we went. I will never never never even consider a tour like this and will never recommend e world tours. It's a fly by night company that made a vacation into a nightmare.

it is very hard to find for an agency whom we could trust, but E CONNECT TRAVEL AND TOURS is very trustworthy. we have paid in advance to book piso fare air tickets from cebu pacific. they were very prompt in updating us about promo fares . our tour to boracay were arranged by E CONNECT and the whole family enjoyed. there were no problems during the tours except for th delayed flight. please call this agency if you need assistance because they can really help.
