Poor service
Hindi maayos ang sistema nyo sana baguhin nyo 2na at ayusin ang serbisyo ninyo. Ang mahal nyo pa maningil ng charge kapag lumagpas ng due date tapos putol agad agad. Mabuti pa ang meralco may grace period sa pagbabayad at pwedeng magbayad sa bayad center even in gcash kahit lagpas na sa due date. Ang masaklap pa ang higpit nyo pagdating sa payment but you have poor service.
