No receipt issued. cashier unattended
Hi! Just this morning around 8 to 8:10 I purchased presto cream at mini stop Annapolis. There is no price tag on the product rack. Before me there is a guy paying, then he left. I thought the cashier will just get something but it took a while and when I look what she is doing shes holding a phone so I call her attention "cashier please" twice. She scanned the item and give me the change. When I ask her for a receipt it looks like she is wondering what I'm asking for. then I said RESIBO. And she said "WALA PO NAUBUSAN PO NG PAPEL". I don't know if she gave me the right change. Not issuing a receipt is a BIR violation.

Morong Rizal Chicken and staff complaint
Now lang ako nka experience sa ministop morong rizal na hndi magalang nag order ako ng 3 1pc chicken kase favorite namen ng family ko as always ang uncle johns among other staff etong bago ko nakita nka bantay this early morning under jojo name store supervisor pa nman, na ayaw pa ibigay yung ano yung part na gusto ko sa chicken na pinagsama nya pa ang spicy sa regular at ayaw nya ibigay yung part na gusto ko kase madudurog daw ang chicken which is bakit nya kase pinagsama sama ang chicken sya din mahihirapan tlga ska tinanong nya ulit ako ilang order ko ng pasigaw then wala sya ngawa dahil ayaw ko ng maliit na part na bnbgay nya nagdabog sya kunin ang chicken na kaya nadurog ang iba chicken very bad attitude pwede nman dahan dahan, tapos nag bubulong bulong pa sya na kung ano ano sinasabi npaka bastos, iba staff dun magigiliw at nka smile plagi mababait madali kausap, pero sya na first time ko makita dun ganun ang ugali, store supervisor pa nman nsa nameplate nya.. Isa pa ang chicken sunog at ang gamit nya oil luma na, lagi ako na order sa uncle johns rather jollibee mcdo and chowking kase mas masarap ang chicken nyo.. I would like to suggest na paki brief ulit ng tama asal at tamang procedure ng pagluluto ang store supervisor na ito named jojo at take note hndi nya ako bngyan ng recibo.

Overpriced facemask at Blumentritt St. Manila
I bought one (1) pc of Facemask because the string of my facemask was detached. I went to ministop Blumentritt, Branch Manila and bought one. The price of the facemask is unconscionably P20.00 each. This is highly excessive price. DTI please investigate. This mini stop branch at blumentritt is enterprising the people of Manila. SHOCKING to once conscience. Kawawa naman barely struggling kabababayan natin.

THIS IS TO FILE A COMPLAINT REGARDING THE SMALL LADY CASHIER TO PLEASE MANAGE THE ATTITUDE TOWARDS CUSTOMERS NOT ONLY CORPORATE BUT ALSO OTHER CUSTOMERS. SHE IS RUDE TO THE FIRST CUSTOMER FOR HAVING LARGE BILL AND NOT HAVING CHANGE ON HER COUNTER, TELLING HER TO COMBACK FOR CHANGE, WAS THAT CORRECT? AND THEN BEING RUDE TO NEXT CUSTOMERS WHICH HAPPENED TO BE ME. SHE SEEMS MAD FOR SERVING ME SAME AS THE FIRST CUSTOMER. DOES SHE REALLY NEED THAT JOB?
UNFORTUNATELY WASNT ABLE TO GET HER NAME BUT HER SHIFT IS MARCH 08, 2021 AROUND 12:00NN.

Everytime na pupunta ako s mini stop sta rosa pilar lagi nalang offline lagi nlng not available ang laki laki ng paskil nila n gcash available tapos lagi wala sayang lagi àng oras at effort ko sana maayos nyo ung network nyo s sta rosa pilar branch

regular customer ako since nag open ulit ang ministop COUNTRYSIDE PASIG ORTIGAS AVE. and they always keep disappointed me, last night pati nadin nung sabado nag punta ako sa ministop gusto ko sana kumain dahil sobrang pagod ako at gutom na gutom nako, pero ang sabi bawal daw mag dine-in, walang siopao, sundae at ang aga nila nag lilinis ng mga equipment. kaya wla sila mabenta, buti hindi pa kayo nalulugi sa ginagawa ng mga staff nyo. nakakadisapoint kayo!!

STAFF/crew using mobile phone kahit sa oras ng duty
gusto ko lang po malaman kung pinapayagan nyo ba tlga yung mga staff nyo sa pag gamit ng phone during duty nila, kagabi po kasi (dec.5, 2020) around 1am to 2am, pag pasok ko sa branch sa COUNTRYSIDE PASIG ORTIGAS AVE. napansin ko yung staff/crew nyo na gumagamit ng phone habang nag co-counter. parang nakakahiya kasi galit pa sya nung bumili ako, crew nyo na lalake matangkad na maitim. paki inform naman sila.salamat

Rude Staff at Ministop Sto Nino Paranaque
There was a misunderstanding when the cashier gave the order. I told him that it wasn’t the order I asked. HE WAS ALREADY RUDE AND WENT BESERK SAYING, HINDI YAN ANG SINABI NYO, ICANCEL NA LAHAT YANG ORDER NA YAN. HE EVEN MENTIONED SAYING PILIPINO PA NAMAN KAYO GANYAN KAYO, I just firmly asked Mali ang bibigyan mong order. when in fact he had been rude already to begin with. He made me wait without telling me he had to because the nuggets needed to be heated. He was so outright rude. I was with my daughter and it caused her TRAUMA to go back to ministop because of that. The manager just mentioned tama na, she mentioned that the staff is sick. But that’s not a good reason to be rude and scandalous with my daughter witnessing everything. Name of the staff is Jhae

Customer complain
Good day, this is a customer complain of one of your store in cebu that is located in Escario Vibo Place building. I bought bottled water in that store for 18pesos but when i checked my wallet I only have 500 pesos bill on it kaya yn yung binayad ko. I understand that in that store eversince they dont have greetings or any customer service . ngalit po yung crew ninyu dahil nainuman ko po ang bottled water na binili ko at 500 pesos po yubg binigay ko. Instead of doing plus selling nagalit po cya its the time sana to get additional sales .I am your regular customer in that store pero nang dahil dun sa nangyari nakakawala po ng numbers of customer ninyu. Sabi pa ng Crew . "Ano kaba sir ininuman mo yung tubig" . wala nman cgurong problema kasi babayaran ko. Pero npaka walang ugali nman ng crew ninyu. Hope na maturuan ng leksyun. Salamat

Kaya minsan lng aku bumili sa ministop kc natatapat aku sa cashier n pangit ang service. Kulang nlng makipagsgutan skin yung isa nyong stop named joy batislaon.. D2 sa branch nyo sa chino roces ave. This is not a review this a complain..I went to Mini Stop Pilar village las pinas branch to buy Pedericos mini pizza..sumaglit lang ako kc my 3 years old pamangkin is still sleeping.Mga 30 minutes wala pa din ung pizza I was waiting sa may table nila..so nagtanong nako sa counter kung ok na ang pizza..when they check it.. susmaryosep Hindi nila naisaksak ung oven...so nangyari waited 1 hour for that pizza!ung sabi ko sasaglit lang..ayan 1 hour. Ngayon lang to mga 2:30.

I just wanna say lang na sana pakituruan din po yong mga crew dto sa ministop linear makati. Sobrang bastos lalong lalo na si ricky na service crew..dba dapat kahit bago ka may knowledge ka sa mha product nyo kaya nga kame nagtatanong na mga customer kaso sasagotin ka ng wala tapos meron pla..pinakita ko lang saknya na meron tapos sya pa sasagot na so galit kana nyan? Wow? So kasalanan ko pla na malaamn nila na mayroon kayong product na lipton? ngayon sasagot sagotin pa ako na sana naghanap ka..kasi bago ako? PAki mo...dba dapat aware sila? Ano to? Gagohan? Hi! I think the ministop branch in Robinsons Padre faura street is overpricing their products. Is this possible?
I have been buying a pocari sweat 900ml on that same branch every week. It costs 65 pesos, but now it is 81 PESOS. how could a drink cost that high suddenly? They said they did not update their pricing. And i dont buy that bull. Can you look up on this matter?
