Pwede po ba malaman yung email mismo nung Head office ni GW thankyou, working student po kasi ako dati di po nasettle yung tuition fee ko na pinagtrabahuhan ko naman please po panotice salamat po

I dunno how to file a complain against this establishment. Nainis lang ako kasi 1 hour and 30minutes naghintay sa aking order. According sa cashier nag inform daw sya na maghintay ng 1 hour, pero sa pagkakaalam ko di sya nag inform. and bastos pa ang cashier named "BEN"... He insist that he inform customers to wait 1 hour, but i never heard him informing to wait that long. and it seems kasalanan ko pa na hindi ko sya narining. and he is so RUDE as in RUDE, and he raised his voice towards me. is that the way how you address complain, and it seems, sya pa ang galit. and it also seems, walk in are not being prioritize, rather they prioritize GRAB DELIVERIES AND FOODPANDAS... How about the walk-ins? is it ok to let the WALK-IN customer to wait that long? 1 hour and 30 minutes is unjustifiable. Do not give me a damn reason, due to ECQ and a lot orders for delivery is been made kaya natagalan.... ang bastos ng cashier, talagang ininsist nya na sya ang tama kesyo kasalanan ko pa di ko sya naring, eh hindi naman talaga sya nag inform. The cashier doesnt know what is customer service, and a lot of customer hears him. Instead to aplogize since ang tagal nga ng waiting hours, sya pa ang galit. May customer service orientation bah kayo? Kasi yung cashier, di niya alam how to handle customer in a courteous way. And pls sana e prio naman yung walk-in customer rather sa mga GRAB delivery and FOODPANDA.

Just want to report one of your crew in SM City
Manila. She is so incompetent, masungit, mataray po siya pagaassist ng customer at parang ayaw niya po ginagawa niyang trabaho. And na-observe ko din po sakanya hindi niya alam ang meaning ng customer satisfaction. So i suggest ibalik niyo po siya sa pagiging trainee, dahil mukang kulang po siya sa tamang training specially in customer service. May pagkabastos din po siya at don't know how to assist customer nicely and her name was "LORELLE!"LORELLE!"LORELLE! of SM Manila branch.
Greenwich pizza is my favorite, at first time ko po maka-encounter ng ganun klaseng attitude sa lahat po ng greenwich branches na kinainan ko. I swear never na po ako bibili sa branch na yun walang modo po yung staff niyo dun. Hopefully mabigyang pansin po itong concern ko para dina po siya parisan ng ibang empleyado niyo po at dapat din po kay ms.LORELLE, bigyan niyo po siya ng D.A... Thank you and god bless po!

Gusto ko lang sana maitanong about sa backpay ko po na hindi kupa po nakukuha , 3 months na po ang nakakaraan since umalis ako sa greenwich targetmall. sabe samen 2 months , nag fofollow up naman ako sa coordinator namen puro update ang sinasabe hanggang sa hindi nya na pinapansin message ko , pinagtrabahuhan ko naman ng isang cut off yon.

I would like to inquire if it's still possible to request for a certificate of employment even if it's more than 15yrs that I have worked in the company.
And I would also like to asked if can also asked for COE's for other Greenwich franchise that I have worked.
