This is so annoying and disappointing, we waited for 30 minutes just for 2 single order of halo-halo here in your Sacop Branch San Fernando!

A huge middle finger for Chowking Dasmariñas on Grab Food.
Earlier, my friend placed an order on Grab Food (Chowking Dasmariñas). Chao Fan and Halo-halo ang order.
It was delivered and while I'm eating it, I bit on something slimy but I still proceeded to eat it. Not until I noticed a white strand of hair in the rice. I immediately checked the Halo-halo and voila! There was one black strand of hair in the drink also.
Now, I'm paranoid about what was the slimy thing in the rice. Is it spit? phlegm? mucus? or a sperm considering that the strand of hairs are very short and are two inches long (I think).
What the fuck is that kind of service Chowking Dasmariñas?

I don't know which Chowking Branch is it. There are a lot of Chowking here in Dasmariñas and Grab Food was not particular in the exact branch on their app.

If I get sick because of this, I will make sure to file a formal complaint in DTI or DOH or whatever government agency there is responsible for checking the cleanliness of your food.

I've been dealing with an eating disorder for some time now. Thank you Chowking for making sure it will become worst.

Umorder kami sa grab ng 24pcs na steamed siomai., nilagay namin sa note na mag lagay ng dimsum sauce., pagdating ng pagkain wala kahit isang patak., tumawag ako sa chowking tapat ng ayala feliz kasi galing duon yung food., pag fried siomai daw meron, pag steamed daw wala., dyosko dimsum sauce lang pinag dadamot nyo, ikalulugi nyo? mahigit P500 order namin mag dadamot kayo sa condiment., nakakhiya kayo

Just today my mother inlaw was buried in Ipil, Zamboanga Sibugay. We ordered 225 pax of packed food worth P168 each which was supposed to be delivered at 11am today. But only 135 pax were delivered and untill now its 1 pm wala pa ang kulang. Most of the people already went home and very hungry. Even your published customer service numbers cannot be contacted. Kun di kaya bakit tinanggap niyo pa!!!

Today Dec.24th between 10:30 to 11:00 in the morning my wife and i ordered a wanton,halo halo ang canton noodle.but i was dis appointed on how they served or cooked the wonton,the quality or presentation of the wonton is un beliavable..uncooked and pulled apart.is this how you served it.

Its no longer a fastfood restaurant. It is a very slowfood restaurant. I irdered today september 29, 2020 at 11:06 am paid and completed but its almost 3 hours now my order has not yet arrived. What???? 3 hours....

Head office... do something about it. I am complaining your tagum branch national highway

We jump in to Chowking SM Pampanga, Ground Floor beside Contis cake store. We ordered a dozen of siomai and wanton noodles. We are given 2 small saucer of chili sauce. Afterwards, we ask for additional chili sauce and i myself directly went to cashier to ask for it and the cashier ask to me to pay 5.00 pesos. Just want to verify if it was necessary to pay knowingly we ordered a dozen of siomai?

Secondly, in my years eating with you Chowking this is the only store that i was asked to pay for an extra chili sauce. How annoying!

Thirdly, prior going to cashier its been 2 to 3mins that occasionally we are raising our hands to get the attention of the crew to ask for the said sauce. That is why i decide to go directly to cashier and ask for chili.

Also, Crew or employees are not approachable. They are tardy! The ambiance is not good, and if im going to give a rating to this Chowking Store i will give a negative zero (0) for them.

LASTLY, ON OUR STAY THERE I HAVENT SEEN EVEN ONE (1) MANAGER. NO MANAGER IS AROUND. IF THERE IS, I THINK THIS WILL BE NOT PUT INTO A FORMAL COMPLAINT.

I already sent the photos of the product that is toasted, i hope you will conduct audit or just surprise visit cause i see most of the serving during my dine is like mine,just a lil worst as seen in the pictures for the price of 125 plus the egg matigas na ..haist nastress agad aq first meal in the morning pa naman plus un waiting time is so tagal tlga..kulang ata sila sa tao terminal area pa naman sana medyo madame staff since mga habol byahe un iba..konti lng nman dine in nun kumain kme pero it takes almost 30mns di man lng nag sabi na matatagalan ,maiiwan na kame ng bus...sana lang bigyan pansin din since lagi dn kme dto and paulit ulit lng i love chowking favorite ko un meal dito but this branch is different ..chowking edsa branch sya beside superlines
