PROPOSAL FOR EFFECTIVE AND PROVEN TECHNOLOGY
FOR TERMITE ABATEMENT MAINTENANCE PROGRAM


SCOPE OF WORK:

1.) POWDERING (BAITING SYSTEM)
Trophallaxis Method – treatment of all infested areas of the building using the MAPECON F3 POWDER. Areas susceptible to termite attacks like earthen tunnels, cracks, ceiling, crevices, baseboards and other passageway of termites are to be treated with slow-acting powder form of chemicals.

2.) TERMITE ABATEMENT MAINTENANCE PROGRAM (TAMP)
If your building/home is in termite-infested area, there’s nothing like a regular Termite check-up. injection, residual spraying or other similar techniques using MAPECON F-3 POWDER termiticide or F3D LIQUID when needed. Regular TAMP inspections and treatments minimize the possibility of infestation by dry and damp wood termites as well as by subterranean termites.

3.) WOOD DRENCHING
Is designed mainly for the control of subterranean and dry wood termites.
We treat all infested parts of the building by:
a. Residual spraying on infested and non-infested portions and other habitat of subterranean and dry wood termites. Treatment of all infested wooden parts of the building concentrating on floors, walls, baseboards, ceiling, cracks and crevices. This is to control surface infestation and helps minimize future infestation.

4.) SOIL TREATMENT THRU DRILLING METHOD (Selected Area Only)
Using heavy-duty drills for cemented areas and soil injectors for compacted soil, we can inject MAPECON F3D deep under the surface to penetrate the hidden areas susceptible to subterranean termites thus giving you a greater protection package. The distance between drilled holes is 1 meter apart using the Heavy drilling machine, with 24 inches deep.

• MAPECON F3D CONCENTRATE – is a termite insect growth regulator that is intended to control and prevent all types and species of termites and other pests for household, commercial, and industrial applications. This is also used for a fungal bio-control.

d. Our chemicals are new Botanical Insect Growth Regulator which contains “No Insecticides” that affect the nervous system so it very safe to health in accordance to proper handling and dosage.

e. It has a necessary capital and equipment to undertake the works contemplated in this proposal.

f. It has a full power and authority to execute, deliver and perform its obligation under this proposal.
g. There shall be 3 Years Warranty Period with Quarterly check-up for the first year & Semi annual check-up for the remaining 2 years. That in case of re-infestation, Mapecon shall render re-treatment without further cost.

PROPOSAL FOR EFFECTIVE AND PROVEN TECHNOLOGY
FOR GPAMP, RAMP, MISTING, LARVICIDING, FOGGING &
FUMIGATION CONTROL


SCOPE OF WORK:

A. GENERAL PEST ABATEMENT MAINTENANCE PROGRAM (GPAMP) - For effective control and/ or prevention of all flying and crawling urban pests such as mosquitoes, houseflies, cockroaches, among others inside and immediately outside of the premises, a GPAMP service is hereby recommended. GPAMP service may come in the form of either spraying, misting, painting or brushing on infested surface areas with our exclusively formulated MAPECON Household Insecticide (HI). GPAMP treatment is for effective control of disease transmitting both flying and crawling and household, commercial pests such as cockroaches, mosquitoes, flies, etc.

This is accomplished by spraying or misting of MAPECON Sysnergized Household Insecticide Concentrate (HI) on pests and pest-infested and/or susceptible areas. Mapecon HI Concentrate dilution rate is 20 cc HI conc. to one (1) liter of water or kerosene. This solution, while maximizing its effectivity, has both flush out and knockdown effect. HI concentrate is 75% - 80% cheaper than other brands in the market and 120%-130% cheaper than other imported products such as Resigen. For residual control of roaches in cabinets, MAPECON NORO, a pelleted roach bait and its powder form MAPECON Power may be used. On surfaces where the cockroaches and other crawling insects pass and breed, spraying or brushing with MAPECON HI IGR concentrate may also be done.

B. RAT ABATEMENT MAINTENANCE PROGRAM (RAMP) -This covers the control of all species of rodents either by the installation of exclusive MAPECON Patented products. Most effective for this is MAPECON Encapsulated Zinc Phosphide concentrate (EZP). One EZP teabag mixed with one (1) cup leftover foods and wrapped like candies, will make 8 to 10 baits or ready to use baits. This bait will be placed in strategic and inconspicuous areas in your building/home.

C. MISTING- It is effectively using specially formulated water-based MAPECON Household Insecticide (HI IGR) and a Mister or misting machine. The solution is converted into fine droplets, evenly spread out in the target spaces/area at certain periods and then allowed to settle down. This type of spraying is recommended to control pests in areas such as kitchens, dining areas, etc.

D. LARVICIDING – to effectively control pests, is to attack them in their breeding places specially during their developing stage. To prevent fly maggots and mosquito larvae to develop into adult, larvaeciding using Mapecon PHIGR (Insect Growth Regulator) will be applied, direct spraying of MAPECON PHI LARVICIDE to the open cannals, drainages and stagnant water killing mosquito larvae and fly maggots preventing them to develop into adult insects.

E. FOGGING – Through the use of fogger or Ultra Low Volume Machine, we will fog the subject. This is done by heating the chemical solution in the fogging machine to 60 degrees C and then release in the form of smoke. This is designated to knock down all flying insects not reached by spraying like drainage, canals, ceiling areas, and dark places.

F. FUMIGATION – Fumigation is the process of releasing and dispensing fumigant or insecticide in the form gas or vapor in sufficient concentration required temperature and pressure that is lethal to a given pest in air-tight room, chamber, space or under a tarpaulin. This treatment not only kill the stored pest but also their eggs. Larva, pupal stages. This also controls harmful bacteria and microorganism hence sanitizing a material or a housing unit.

• MAPECON H-IGR CONCENTRATED – is intended for household, commercial, and industrial applications. It is also recommended for use in food and pharma establishments and processing plants.
• MAPECON EZP CONCENTRATED – is effective against all kinds and types of urban and field rodents [rats and mice] and is intended for household, commercial, and industrial applications.
• MAPECON PHOSPHINE FUMIGANT – is effective against all kinds and types of stored product pests including rodents (rats and mice) and wood boring organism. It can also be used to disinfect materials against pathogenic microorganism. It leaves no residual contamination on fumigated products provided proper procedure is observed during fumigation. It is intended for household, commercial, and industrial applications.
• MAPECON NORO ROACH PELLET – is intended for household, commercial, and industrial applications. It is also recommended for use in food establishments and processing plants that function and operates 24 hours a day.
