I visited their shop upon recommendation by a colleague. They offer free checkups of laptops and PC. The technician was able to find the problem with my unit and fixed it immediately. Previously, I brought my unit to another store and they couldn't fix it. Glad to find this shop. AND, the rate is very affordable, too. Highly recommended for people here in Bacolod City and Negros Occidental if you have computer issues. Their staff are very accommodating, too.

I had the WORST experience EVER here. The "computer technician" was extremely unprofessional AND he DELETED 6 months of work files off of my computer and then tried to pretend they were never there. When I asked for my money back; he began yelling at me. Someone needs to close this business completely down. I will be filing a case against this business.
