CFBS was registered with the Department of Trade & Industry (DTI) on April 19, 2016 by Christian H. Espiritu, CPA, its current President. Mr. Espiritu brings into CFBS his wealth of more than fifteen (15) years of excellent professional work experience, supported by awards & citation, education & trainings, in the above fields gained from various industries i.e. manufacturing, distribution, retailing, services, transportation systems, power generation, utilities and real estate among others. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and has successfully met the prescribed requirements established by The Institute of Internal Auditors to be awarded the designation of Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) on May 2005. Some of his significant accomplishments by skillfully applying a systematic and disciplined approach includes:

1. Recurring annual savings totalling P70M+ for two large companies brought by reengineering of processes and procedures while improving risk management & internal controls.

2. Preservation of a P1B+ brand equity by timely identifying & mitigating underlying risks brought by a control breach.

3. Process reengineerings that improved turn-around-time, eliminated non-value adding and redundant activities, minimized operating costs, and strengthened internal controls & risk management among others.

He was recognized as Unilab’s “The Outstanding Performer (TOP)” for the years 2010 and 2005 for consistently exceeding job standards by a significant degree, admirably demonstrating Unilab corporate competencies while overcoming exceptional challenges &/or applying unique solutions thereby contributing to long term business results and he, together with Unilab SAP Phase 2 Team, also received Special Citation on May 2010 for their major contribution to enterprise excellence in systems, processes & information technology.
