This is the worst site you could possibly order flowers from. I would have given them 0 stars if that was an option. Avoid them at all cost. I placed an order for a bouquet of roses on 02/11/18 to be delivered on Valentine's day. I was charged for the full amount of the purchase but the flowers WERE NEVER DELIVERED. I tried calling the number on their website for two days at different times of the day but as expected of scammers, nobody ever picks up. I opened up a case with Paypal and 9 DAYS LATER a delivery boy shows up at my fiance's house with what looks like a hodgepodge of left over flowers. She obviously refused the delivery. What a disaster. It's been 10 days now since i opened up a dispute case with PayPal and my refund is still no where to be found. THESE GUYS ARE SCAMMERS! AVOID THEM AT ALL COST!

The best service I have ever had!!! They went above and beyond to get my flowers delivered.
