Reviews of RDC plumbing and electrical services - Quezon City

I asked RDC to work on my electricity last January 2020. They came to the house and ask for 4,500.00 and make my electricity work again. All they did was replace the circuit breaker and was not able to make it work. So for replacing the circuit breaker they asked for 1,300.00 as service fee. Until now no receipt was given. I should have read the reviews about the company and not be fooled by them.

Dont be a victim for this contractor. What they write about their company is untrue; they're unprofessional, In-experienced and unreliable. Lack of supervision to amateur workers which resulted to terrible finish and waste of materials. Moreover pls review their quotation and demand specific and in detail to avoid additional which will be charged to u later on. Sharing this experience so ppl will not be victimised again n again by them.

Had given a contract to RDC Plumbing and Electrical Services to do some repair works in my house. I thought their workers are experienced and professionals that can deliver the finished work in exemplary manner. But very disappointed for the following reasons:

1) Out of five workers only 2 knows what they are doing. No supervisor to check what the 3 amateurs are doing which resulted to wasting your materials as simply you will asked them to repeat as the work done is unacceptable.

2) Showed to them what repairs to be done but in the quotation they simply don't specify.. the catch here is for more additional which you will be charged.... ie. painting. In your mind all painting works is included.They will tell you; this one not included, you have to pay additional and so on and on. They deceived people. Quote very high but workmanship is terrible. Really waste of materials and money.
