CLAIM TOOK SO LONG
we filed a claim, they said requirements are validated bank is verified, but up to now, they havent disburse it to our bank, and they keep on telling us always "next week" "next week" still up to now, wala pa din kaming natatangap. we've been a policy holder since 1995.. this is really a bad experience..
