Refund
I'm suppose to have a refund for 2 transactions, as per their policy it may take 45 days max, it's been ,3 months now no single cents refunded on my accoun.

Bad customer service
Some of the riders here in nasugbu batangas has a bad customer service. Especially the captain. He dont even have a capacity to lead the group. Some of the customers had a bad experience with the delivery.

Food Panda Sucks!
I contacted Wendy’s hotline to order food. The agent said if there are no riders available, Food Panda will deliver.

After a while, I receive a text from food panda confirming my order and a tracking details. I kept looking at the tracking page but the motorbike never ever moved.

After few minutes, a lady contacted me saying she is already at the gate to del my food. She said she is from Food Panda. I went to the gate to get my order but I was surprised there were 2 ladies on a motorbike (which is not allowed because of pandemic). They were not wearing the food panda uniform and there is NO FOOD PANDA BOX behind the motorbike. 1 lady is driving the motorbike and the other lady was holding my order with her bare hands. Ther were not even ready with my change. And it took a while before the trk page updated as delivered. How did that ever happen? We did not even eat that food

Scam
Mark as delivered pero wala naman dineliver na food. I used a P330 voucher and mukhang pinag interesan ni food panda ung voucher ko. Mga animal. Tas ayaw mag refund. Gago.

Refund Not Received
Why there's no zero star , you have poor customer service and cant understand the situation even in English language. I ordered in Mcdonalds using my gcash card as payment and suddenly you charged me twice and placed the same order without asking permission in my end ,The store immediately noticed it and informed the first rider that picked up the first order and when they are about to cancel the order a rider already accepted the 2nd same order because of the long process cancellation and waited for it to get cancelled , When it was cancelled by the store I received an email that I wont get a refund , wow The store didnt even prepare for this duplicate order that your app did. Send my refund with this Cancelled order number: q4kr-4311,or I will post this in every social media that I have for us here in the Philippine to be aware of your scam. Dont ever use their cashless payment ,Its a scam.

Customer service sucks
Dapat may Pinoy nacustomer service kayo di yng bugok na Indiano. Walang kwentang kausap yn. Sabi nila di daw pwde senior citizen card. Aba dapat mawala na sila di sila marunong sumunod sa batas natin. Mandated dapat na 20% off sa food and services for seniors or pwd.

Rude FoodPanda Rider
I ordered corndogs last Friday, July 16,2021. My rider called me saying he couldn’t locate my address even though I gave him my complete address and additional guides to help him locate my house. He called again after a couple of minutes and he was really rude what he said was “Ikaw kase ma’am kasalanan mo eh” in a angry tone then he really had the audacity to tell me through the phone “Dagdagan mo ako ma’am kasalanan mo kase”. I was really shocked because it was my first time to encounter a foul mouthed rider. Once I got my order, I just gave him 100 pesos even if he didn’t even deserve it because I didn’t want to make a scene. Next time please screen the riders you hire because not all of them are nice. Delivery 10 minutes. Came after 30 minutes. Malamig na pagkain
Around 8:30 food was ordered. Food Panda acknowledged the order and was advised that it will arrive in 10 minutes. The order arrived after 10 minutes ????????????. Poor service. Will change my app

Food Panda Driver was so RUDE!!!
I really hate how that Boy treated me, I'm late for only one minute and he has the guts to tell me to hurry up. What an assh*le, it's just so rude knowing that he didn't even called me and I'm doing stuff so I wasn't holding my phone. This crap is getting on my nerves. This is his details Marvin Dela Cruz

my order was cancel by the rider
my order cancel by the rider because is to far from my pin point house. then he told me that i can refund my payment. coz i already paid it. now all i concer, how to get my refund payment?
