I am Villaflor A. O'Brien, lived in USA, during my vacation last year, I pawned my necklace & bracelet in your FICO Bank Roxas branch. My son missed to pay the interest( April), I understand to pay the penalty and willing to do so, but FICO BANK , don't want to accept the interest for May & the penalty without my authorized signature, they give us only until May 16, to avoid more penalties…my son asked your contact numbers, but your employee told them they can't give out.. how can people get a business to your bank if we can not call your company..
