Responsible for the monitoring of operations, repair and maintenance of chassis/ trailer repair and leasing/ sales.
 Manage and operates yard with chassis/ trailers as the main product.
 Concerned with actual chassis count against system, monitoring the number of available chassis units and breakdowns subject for repair.
 Canvass parts, prepare and request documents to purchase for approval to our main office.
 Manage the day to day transportation, operations of one yard including the fabrication, repair & maintenance of chassis/trailers, yard rolling equipment, service vehicles, tools and yard welding machines and others.
 Monitor work progression/status scheduled on the capacity plan.
 Manage Admin Assistant in preparing and updating details in the Daily Monitoring Board (DYMB).
 Manage the Yard R & M supervisors in making follow ups of needed parts and materials.
 See to it all yard personnel complies with the Master Operating Procedures (MOP) and ensures that 6s system is being followed.
 Actively plans and develops ways of growing market shares and strengthening the services.
 Implements and review yard systems and procedures. Ensures safe working environment is established and maintained.

> Plan, lead, organize, direct, control and evaluate the activities and operations of an Engineering Department.
> Develop and implement standard operating procedures and repair maintenance program for the engineering and technical work performed in the department,
> Consult and negotiate with clients to prepare specifications, proposals and present engineering report findings.
> Assign, co-ordinate and review the technical work of the department.
> Recruit personnel workforce and oversee development of staff competence in the required area.
> May participate directly in the design and inspection of technical projects or in the engineering department.
> Manage of repair and maintenance to all machinery, structure, equipment, drip, micro & macro sprinkler irrigation, OHCP, Cableway, roads, drainage system and all related banana operation related facilities.

> Auto Cad drawing, design, planning, cost estimate and develop machinery, structures, equipment and systems related to engineering, agriculture and food processing.
> Designs Agricultural Post Harvest Facilities and Equipment.
- Engineering planning, cost estimates, auto cad drawing, supervision and implementation of the Banana Stationary Packing Plants, Mini packing plants Mobile Packing Plants, Cold Rooms/ Cold Storage and Palletizing Facility.
> Canvass materials, quotations and conduct bids to purchase for approval.
> Involved in planning, lay out and supervision for well grilling for the All Purpose Wells.
> Designs involved in Drip, Micro Sprinkler & Macro Sprinkler Irrigation and
Drainage System.
- Engineering planning, cost estimates, auto cad drawing, supervision and implementation of banana irrigation and drainage system.
> Designs involved Cable Way Harvesting System
- Engineering planning, cost estimates, lay out, auto cad drawing, supervision and implementation of banana Cable way Harvesting Systems.
> Designs Mixing Facilities
- Engineering planning, cost estimates, lay out, auto cad drawing, supervision and implementation of banana mixing stations for sigatoka and emulsifier mixing tanks.
> Design involved in Over Head Cable Propping (OHCP)
- Engineering planning, cost estimates, lay out, auto cad drawing, supervision and implementation of banana OHWP and OHCP system.
> Design Compost Facility and equipment
- Engineering planning, lay out, auto cad drawing, supervision and implementation of Compost Facility and equipment.
