The Food and Beverage course is the largest department in hotel, restaurants and on a luxury liners since it has the most crew and officers working in it. You’ll be responsible for taking customers' orders, serving food and accepting payment from them at the end of the meal. This program will give you the out-most knowledge in hospitality industry. Our 5 to 15 day program that you’ll be prepared to be comfortable working at a fast pace in a high-pressure environment. Here, you’ll learn the ability to prepare table settings, etiquettes, communicate clearly and all necessary skills. These career will have the opportunity to make great tips and rewarding service.
We also have advancement skills for Bartenders to know the standard drink recipes and be able to mix them quickly and accurately. All Program prepares you for the National Certification II.
