Reservations Staff/ Tour Coordinator/
Responsibilities:
• Handling inquiries, travel advice, making reservation for international and domestic flights, hotel accommodation, package tours, and other land arrangements.
• Close deals with clients, airlines, hotels, suppliers, and tour operators
• Must be an asset to the company
• Can work under minimum supervision.
Requirements:
• Female: 20-27 years old
• Graduate any 4 year course(Under Grad)/or Vocational Courses/High School Graduate.
• Tourism Graduates is an added advantage
• Must have a Travel agency experience for at least 1 year straight/ or without experience but willing to be trained for 1-2 months (Office and field work).
• Computer and internet literate, good knowledge for Microsoft office
• Knowledge in all travel services
• Good working attitude and honest
• Hardworking, pleasant and has management abilities
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
