About the product
Our principals are landowners and developers who are willing to build and lease large warehouses in accordance with the requirements of credible lessees. We have available inventories in Cavite and Laguna of from 2 hectares to 4 hectares of land, on which warehouses having floor areas of from 1 hectare to 3 hectares can be built in accordance with the specifications of the client - so called Build-to-Suit Warehouses. Typical warehouse specifications that can be met are: a) high-ceiling; b) insulated roofing; c) elevated loading docks; d) load-bearing high psi flooring; e) adequate parking/staging areas for delivery vehicles; etc.
