Beronia Grand Reserva

About the product
Wine Description
The grapes used for Beronia Gran Reserva are chosen in the vineyards, usually from the oldest vines. On arrival at the winery, the grapes are hand-selected on a sorting table, and only the best quality are used for Gran Reserva. The role of oak in Beronia style is very important, and much has been invested into how the wines, once in the barrel, react to different toast and styles of woods. These experiments have led Beronia to be pioneers in the use of mixed barrels, barrels with American oak slaves, and French oak ends. The wine was bottled in February 2008 where it has remained since. the wine is ideal with red meats, game, and cheese.
