Engr. Policarpio Garing, father of Arch. Mariethel Garing, has been in the industry for 46 years. A civil engineer by profession and a graduate of the Mapua Institute of Technology, he has worked for a few companies while teaching as a professor before establishing his own company – P.R.G. Construction and Supply in 1978. Under his management, P.R.G. completed a series of contracts, such as commercial banks, college building, residential houses, warehouse and administration building.
