Question for Eternal Plans Incorporated - Head Office

Hi! Good day, I just want to follow up our death claim for my father, Walter Buenaflor Amigo. It's been two years already and I haven't received our claim thru your insurance representative Jardito Tabasa of Dumaguete City. I've always do follow up the in-charge of your check issuance, Ms. Yayan/Ms. Marie but still no good outcome from their end. I am hoping that you can give feedback regarding this matter
