Question for Handyman Do It Best Home Center - Robinsons Place Bacolod

Hi Bought an Omin Emergency light, Jan 10 2020, however it is not a true Emergency light, I wish to return and replace with something else, however I live in Cadiz and only come to Bacolod once a month, so your 7 day policy is hard to comply with, can I get an exception????
