Nobody answers this phone. I can also see that while there are hardworking people in this office, like typical Philippine government employee, many are incompetent. Wait until you meet a lady named Ellen who pouts all day long!

Thanks! Met Ellen ... how about making 20+ trips to the Post Office, being told each time that the package you seekis not there and 3 months later, stopping by out of idle curiosity, only to receive the package, which, it turns out had been there the entire time. You can't make this stuff up!
