Useless Service
I have a Converge/Comclark. I am paying for a 20Mbs Fibre Service.

It has never worked and I was given a temporary “Cable” connection. That service is so slow it is useless.

I was told this very unsatisfactory “work around” solution would only be in place for a few days. But it has now been in place for over 3 months.

I have been patient waiting for you to resolve your problems, but now
- I wish to terminate my service and go with a new provider.
- I require a refund for the last three months during which you have not delivered the agreed service.
