We have filed pension for my father who passed away. We filed in 2015 and until now 2018, there is no update. We are from Cebu and the staff in Cebu Eternal Plans office is not helping except to call Manila office, whose contact numbers are not answered and always directed to voice mail box.

Until now (April 6, 2018), I haven't received the educational benefits of my daughter for 2 sems, 2017-2018. I made follow-ups at Calamba, Laguna branch, but the answer is - Ipa-follow up po uli. ANO NA KAYANG STATUS NG COMPANY? Hope to receive our claims.

we are all experience frustrations.. i invite you to file complaint to Insurance Commission. Im already preparing my letter of complain.

Hi Mga Mam,

We have the same experienced. Until now I never get paid my educational claims filed last June and Nov 2018. . I called up their head office Manila pero ang bastos nila hindi nagsasalita yung nag picked up nang phone. i guess its effective siguro if we will ask help from Mr Raffy Tulfo mga Ma’ams
