Review A dishonest company with a dishonest staff

Ordered 80 pcs nylon draw-string bag and 80 pcs tumblers. Received only 79 bags and called them up to tell the salesperson, CAI SANTOS. When told her about it instead of checking or at least being apologetic, she insisted that they counted it 3 times and it's the correct number. How can it be correct when one tumbler has no bag. Still, she insisted that they are correct and insinuating we hid it. I told her off, if I'm going to hide one item I would hide the tumbler because it's more expensive than the draw-string bag. I asked for her boss and conveniently said that the boss is overseas. This company is so dishonest and the staffs are trained to be one. So don't order from them.
