Review Property Management Services ( Fiasco )

I used CPM to manage my units at Shell Residence next to Mall of Asia for 2yrs. The experience with the company was lukewarm,awful & unhelpful to say the least. My two units were never supervised & my brand new properties renovated at over P1.9M run down like a jungle without remorse. Proceeds from the units paid late every time.Cant recommend Capitarise to anyone who values their property & looking at descent ROI without HEADACHE from property management company.
