(disclaimer: as for my experience only) i dunno if the guards in metrobank are trained or had good orientation (particularly in metrobank poblacion, llc) but they are too annoying to customers. They are not the type of gurds fit to work in a bank, as it involves privacy and they just annoy customers by standing super close to customers while filling up forms, or talking loudly and laughing behind ur back or let's say on the side while u withdraw money from the atm machine. I had to cover the machine and exert more effort for safety instead of them making me feel safe. And... In addition, i used phone (yes i know it's not allowed inside) but it is not a guard's duty to poke the customer on the head to tell her not to use phone. U can tell in a good manner that phone is not allowed inside.
