Fukcing Joke
I purchased items from Amazon for years and usually, they get delivered by either DHL or Fedex. This time, the USA online retailer had my purchased items coursed through Apex. The company has a listed number as their contact phone. I tried it for two days. It kept ringing but no one picks up. Then, to make matters worse, they posted two updates on the Amazon product tracking page saying that they've attempted to deliver. Fuck that. No attempts were ever made. I had my phone number on the Amazon address page. No one called! Fucking joke. Amazon should cancel their contract with Apex.

I am having the same issue with APEX. My package left Chicago December 2nd and its now the 6th and still no updates. I talked to Amazon 2 days ago and they reached out to APEX and Apex told Amazon that my 2 packages are in the Philippines. Still no updates in the system and they don't reply to my emails no answer of the phone like you had experienced. I reached out to Amazon and requested that my packages in the future be sent through UPS or FedEx because they get the packages to me before my earliest receive date. Amazon today said they are going to get this matter to the highest level. Amazon even said this company is a bad reflection on them.

I also have the same issue with Apex/amazon: my order left amazon new jersey Jan 12 with estimated delivery 8 pm Jan 23. That failed so they updated the status to "Delivery attempted January 24
Unfortunately, Apex ran into an issue when attempting your delivery. They will try again." But it is a misrepresentation because they actually turned over the parcel to the Philippine Post Office in Mnl and they are yet to reach the Post Office in Cebu. Last Jan 24, I went to the Cebu Post Office and they don't recognize the Apex tracking number. I contacted amazon chat and they gave me an Apex phone to call and that number turns out to be unupdated. So, I'm still left hanging.
