Review Fraud

Good day! Last nov 12,2019 there was someone from eastwest bank called me to waived my annual fee. Unfortunately, they made transaction worth 5,215. I called east west customer service last nov 29,2019, adviced me to ask letter of cancellation to bigbenta corp so that the amount that was transacted will be disregard. Pls help me with my concern. Thank you
