Tired of connecting with the Contact details updated in webpage
6 work days back, approached Alabang Meralco office in person to check why my online remittance is not adjusted against my bill. They took a complaint and ask me to wait 2-5 working days. Now, I tried reaching these guys overphone, it says, none of the numbers are active.. What kind of contact details you guys will give ? is this the kind of service offered for public ?
