Review Incompetent delivery team

Lack of notice and disrespectful drivers. The driver called me around 3pm yet i received the notice of arrival from lbc at 4pm. I informed the driver i wasnt around and try to delivery it tom and immediately ended the call. I should have been notified earlier to cancel any prior meetings.
